All content provided through Usedify, including but not limited to templates, code, infrastructure settings, and documentation, is protected by copyright laws. The copyright owner of Usedify is usedify.app. You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that constitutes the Usedify service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of usedify.app and any third parties. While you retain ownership of custom implementations and modifications, the core Usedify platform and templates remain the property of usedify.app.
When using Usedify, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: 1. Unauthorized access or distribution of our proprietary code and templates 2. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of Usedify templates 3. Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service 4. Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose 5. Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless usedify.app, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where usedify.app operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
